It's not where I belong
Windows and rooms that I'm passin' through
This was just a stop,on the way To where I'm going
I'm not afraid because I know this was
My temporary home."

This morning my mom passed away. She was 48 years old.
For over a year now we've seen her health decline. And although it's been tough we've made sacrifices. My husband and I were crammed with our 3 kids at my parents house. It was stressful, emotionally, financially, we lost and gained friends. We became more financially poor than ever in our whole life. The luxuries we were used to were gone but yet we've felt more rich than ever. We were together and my we spent everyday with my Mom. For this I am thankful. I am glad my kids really knew their Grandma, I am glad that my husband and her shared a love for each other that was unexplainable. I am glad she was there for every single one of my pregnancies and there for me no matter what. She gave me everything. 25 years old and my Mom was still there to support me and give me every ounce of what she could give me without wanting anything in return.
To say she was amazing is an understatement.
She left us so suddenly, so unexpectedly, she has been sick but never to the extent that we thought she would leave us so quickly. She didn't suffer. And she went peacefully. We still don't have any answers.
Today has been a blur and I am running on very little sleep. But I want to say thanks to everyone who has come to see us and keep us company. Many people bringing food and helping us when we really need it.
My Mom was loved by many many people.
It's amazing to see JUST how many people.
I love you Mommy. Sleep with the Angels and say hi to Jesus,
