Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like... well... a baby!
How far along? 10 weeks
Total Weight Gain: Haven't gone up or down... but it's depressing to know how much I weigh...
Maternity Clothes? Not yet... never lost baby weight from the last 2 so my clothes all still fit. Sad but true. Although my pants are getting tighter.
Stretch Marks? I don't think I'll notice if I get any new ones... my body is covered in them!
Sleep? I've been sleeping okay as long as I get enough of it. I am talking like I need at least 10 hours at night now and I HAVE to get one nap in during the day (when Arielle naps) or else I get really sick and nauseous... and the headaches start.
Best Moment This Week: Making it through my 1st camping trip.
Movement: None yet
Food Cravings: This week it's chicken noodle soup and string cheese
Gender: Don't have a feeling either way yet...
Labor Signs: None yet... Way too early
Belly Button - In
What I miss: Cooking... cooking makes me sick still
What I am looking forward to: My first ultrasound on Sept. 17th
Weekly Wisdom: Nap whenever you get a chance... you'll pay for it later if you don't get enough rest.
Milestones: Being able to cook the raw chicken after Jr cut it into pieces.
