The Queen: Michelle

The Queen: Michelle
I am 28 years old. Still a princess but the queen of my family. Spoiled beyond belief. Lucky and truely blessed. A lover. A crafter. A mother. A wife. A friend. This is me.

My King: Junior

My King: Junior
The LOVE of my life! He completes me and balances me out in every way. He's a workaholic. He's loud, blunt, and crazy. He drinks Monsters like his life depends on it. Above all he is the greatest Daddy I could ever ask for, for my children. And he treats me like his Queen (and he calls me that too).

The Model Child: Diego Ray

The Model Child: Diego Ray
9 years old. My only boy. He is the epitome of the perfect child. He is so responsible and independent. Wise beyond his years. He is laughter, he is love, he is compassion, he is simply amazing. He keeps me grounded and reminds me always that I am beautiful. He is a natural born leader and takes care of the household and family better than me!

The Diva: Alayna Danae

The Diva: Alayna Danae
7 years old. She is drama. My fashionista for sure with a style all her own. Sensitive and loving when she wants to be. Thumbsucker. My biggest headache because she is the most like me. She is the only one who can cause me to become uncontrollably angry. She loves to dance. She loves to model. My bookworm and most academic.

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace
4 years old. This one is something else. She is pure comedy. Never a dull moment with her crazy antics. She is also the crybaby. She does things her own way. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to be cute to get it. My Disney loving pal. So girly. Her favorite color is pink. Loves Rapunzel. Will wear a dress every single day. Can't leave the house without a bow in her hair. She refuses.

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle
2 years old. My sweet baby. She loves her Mommy above all else. She is a cuddlebug for sure. The calmest most well behaved baby ever! But she has TONS of energy. She is so small and petite. She loves to sing and dance. She so SO ready for ballet and has yet to even step foot in a class. She loves Minnie Mouse and watching Disney Jr. She is hilarious and talks way too much.

Birthday Week - Day 4

And it's the Eve of my 25th birthday!

Today also included some yummy food. I have a trend going on here don't I? Buying something yummy to eat every day. We hardly eat out so this is weird. Haha! But I am not complaining. So today we had Hungry Howie's Pizza. I love their flavored crusts and how inexpensive they are.

Anywho but on a not-food-related note, we also have decided to start looking at houses to rent. With all of debt almost paid off I feel like the sooner in my pregnancy we move out the better. Our original idea was to move until about February but at that time I won't even have the energy to move or anything. And I also want Jr to get used to paying more bills than what we currently have. So the plan is to start looking at least. We still might not move anytime soon but we at least want to get the ball rolling. See what we can afford, what we qualify for and all that. The only thing we know as of now is that we want to stay in the same area as my parents. That way in case my Mom still needs me or gets sick I am close by... and vice versa... I may need them as well! With Jr working 12 plus hours at night I will be left home alone at night with the kiddos. And having them close by will be good.

But the main reason we want to stay close is because I am very adamant about keeping Diego in the same school until we buy a house. Growing up I went to the same school from K-6, then 7-8, then did 1 1/2 years of high school in the same district. So I grew up with many of the people I still know to this day. I never once moved (until High School) and I liked being stable. I remember growing up and some of my friends moved constantly because their parents rented or lived in apartments. I knew some kids that moved one year and then the next year returned to our school because they moved back into the district. And I don't want that for my kids. So until we buy a home I want them at the school Diego is currently at. I say until we buy a home... because when that time comes I don't know where we will move or what side of town we'll move to... so if we move further from Avondale then I will most like put them into whatever school is in that district. At least that's my plan.

So the search begins. We're not in an extreme hurry but I figure the sooner the better because Jr will need some time to adjust to paying more bills before the new baby comes. This will be a good thing for him.

It is true about him having time to get used to it. On the other had, the longer you wait the more time you have to build up savings for unexpected expenses once the baby is here. Maybe he can pretend to pay whatever youa re wanting to spend on rent now. Pay it to your savings account. That way you can get used to it before you HAVE to do it. Just an idea. :)
