The Queen: Michelle

The Queen: Michelle
I am 28 years old. Still a princess but the queen of my family. Spoiled beyond belief. Lucky and truely blessed. A lover. A crafter. A mother. A wife. A friend. This is me.

My King: Junior

My King: Junior
The LOVE of my life! He completes me and balances me out in every way. He's a workaholic. He's loud, blunt, and crazy. He drinks Monsters like his life depends on it. Above all he is the greatest Daddy I could ever ask for, for my children. And he treats me like his Queen (and he calls me that too).

The Model Child: Diego Ray

The Model Child: Diego Ray
9 years old. My only boy. He is the epitome of the perfect child. He is so responsible and independent. Wise beyond his years. He is laughter, he is love, he is compassion, he is simply amazing. He keeps me grounded and reminds me always that I am beautiful. He is a natural born leader and takes care of the household and family better than me!

The Diva: Alayna Danae

The Diva: Alayna Danae
7 years old. She is drama. My fashionista for sure with a style all her own. Sensitive and loving when she wants to be. Thumbsucker. My biggest headache because she is the most like me. She is the only one who can cause me to become uncontrollably angry. She loves to dance. She loves to model. My bookworm and most academic.

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace
4 years old. This one is something else. She is pure comedy. Never a dull moment with her crazy antics. She is also the crybaby. She does things her own way. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to be cute to get it. My Disney loving pal. So girly. Her favorite color is pink. Loves Rapunzel. Will wear a dress every single day. Can't leave the house without a bow in her hair. She refuses.

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle
2 years old. My sweet baby. She loves her Mommy above all else. She is a cuddlebug for sure. The calmest most well behaved baby ever! But she has TONS of energy. She is so small and petite. She loves to sing and dance. She so SO ready for ballet and has yet to even step foot in a class. She loves Minnie Mouse and watching Disney Jr. She is hilarious and talks way too much.

My Quest at Normal

So in my quest of trying to be normal I am trying to pick up my camera again. I used to have it practically glued in my hands daily. And these past 3 weeks not so much. And you'll have to continue to put up with unedited pictures since I have no Photoshop anymore. :( HintHintCoughCouch JR!Cough!

So here's what we've been up to since New Years.

The girls have been playing with Christmas toys. Puzzles were their favorite things! And they got quite a few of them! I like puzzles too.

Then I made myself get all 3 kids together for a picture... even just a snapshot. Yeah they were SO not cooperative. This is the ONLY one I got. If they could stop moving for ONE second I could have gotten it in focus... ugh.

I've been cooking like a mad woman. I guess I am like my Mom... it relaxes me, I zone out,and I like seeing the fruits of my labor... and tasting it too. So I invited my family over for dinner at our apartment. It was a good night.

Juanito and Arielle shared bread...

And my girls spoiled their Grandpa with love

On another occasion Alayna modeled the outfit she put together all on her own. Except to school she wore sneakers.

Funny story. The girls are both infatuated with those pink heels they got for Christmas. It's one pair and they are always on someone's feet at all times. On this day Jr looked at Alayna trot out of the kitched dressed just like that and said, "Who bought my daughters hooker heels for Christmas?!" And I looked at him but before I could say anything he says, "Your Mom. Had to be your Mom." And I laughed...

And we finally started potty training. Arielle is 21 months and has NO interest in the potty at all. She knows what it is, what you do there, how it works, but hates the thing. Like screams bloody murder when I sit her on it. See I have never had this problem. Diego and Alayna were both fully and completely potty trained BY 18mos! Hallelujah for easy kids. Alayna still had few accidents afterward but nothing major. But with Arielle I just haven't had the time to teach her. I am literally on the go from 8am until 5pm. It's hard. But we're trying. Or I am trying. Arielle just insists on screaming like I am giving her the death penalty. I've done this before... can't be too hard right? Well day 3 we found something that works. Books! She'll go through the process if I provide her with books. So she still hasn't been successful in going potty on the potty but at least she'll entertain the thought now.
