The Queen: Michelle

The Queen: Michelle
I am 28 years old. Still a princess but the queen of my family. Spoiled beyond belief. Lucky and truely blessed. A lover. A crafter. A mother. A wife. A friend. This is me.

My King: Junior

My King: Junior
The LOVE of my life! He completes me and balances me out in every way. He's a workaholic. He's loud, blunt, and crazy. He drinks Monsters like his life depends on it. Above all he is the greatest Daddy I could ever ask for, for my children. And he treats me like his Queen (and he calls me that too).

The Model Child: Diego Ray

The Model Child: Diego Ray
9 years old. My only boy. He is the epitome of the perfect child. He is so responsible and independent. Wise beyond his years. He is laughter, he is love, he is compassion, he is simply amazing. He keeps me grounded and reminds me always that I am beautiful. He is a natural born leader and takes care of the household and family better than me!

The Diva: Alayna Danae

The Diva: Alayna Danae
7 years old. She is drama. My fashionista for sure with a style all her own. Sensitive and loving when she wants to be. Thumbsucker. My biggest headache because she is the most like me. She is the only one who can cause me to become uncontrollably angry. She loves to dance. She loves to model. My bookworm and most academic.

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace
4 years old. This one is something else. She is pure comedy. Never a dull moment with her crazy antics. She is also the crybaby. She does things her own way. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to be cute to get it. My Disney loving pal. So girly. Her favorite color is pink. Loves Rapunzel. Will wear a dress every single day. Can't leave the house without a bow in her hair. She refuses.

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle
2 years old. My sweet baby. She loves her Mommy above all else. She is a cuddlebug for sure. The calmest most well behaved baby ever! But she has TONS of energy. She is so small and petite. She loves to sing and dance. She so SO ready for ballet and has yet to even step foot in a class. She loves Minnie Mouse and watching Disney Jr. She is hilarious and talks way too much.

The Nutcracker Ballet

Last night last minute my Tia Kika scored Nutcracker tickets. Ballet Arizona puts on the Nutcracker at Symphony Hall and last night was their dress rehearsal. Every year they give out tickets where she works for the families that they help. But one family wasn't going to be able to use the tickets... and being that it was last minute they wouldn't have time to find another family to use them so they let Kika keep them!

She had went last year and told us all about it and I had told her that I would LOVE to see it! So she kept me in mind and called me up an hour before we needed to leave to see if I wanted to go. I made some quick arrangements and left Arielle with Jr so that Me, Diego, and Alayna could enjoy it in peace.

All I can say was the show was MAGICAL. I love ballet since I used to be a dancer. It was so pretty. The costumes were so beautiful... and in one number they have ballerinas in the prettiest most sparkliest white tutus, and the whole stage was glittery, and the confetti glitter "snow" fell from the sky the entire 5 minutes or so. It was amazing. I was totally mesmerized.

Unfortunately, we couldn't take pictures so I only was able to get one decent image on my blackberry.

Diego liked it... because there was some humor in it. But Alayna LOVED it! I think she's more obsessed with ballet now. Even though she fell asleep for the middle of the show. She saw the best parts and loved the end the most when the Sugar Plum Fairy Queen did her dances. It was just awesome.

Afterward we took a few pictures...

The lighting was pretty cool looking!

Waiting to take a picture in front of the Christmas Tree

And as we were walking out they handed out bags with chips and happy meal coupons among other things so we decided to have dinner at McDonalds at 9:30pm on a school night. My kids thought that was awesome! Haha! And we ended up not getting them to bed until almost 11pm after picking up Jr and Arielle and going home. But it was worth it!

Thanks Kika for giving us this opportunity to join you... and to watch such an awesome show!

Oh and for those who may be wondering... the show is running from tonight to Dec. 27th and I know you can buy tickets through ticketmaser.

Sorry I missed it, I would have loved to go. The Nutcracker image is pretty awesome, that chandelier is pretty impressive and Diego looks big in the pictures.
