The Queen: Michelle

The Queen: Michelle
I am 28 years old. Still a princess but the queen of my family. Spoiled beyond belief. Lucky and truely blessed. A lover. A crafter. A mother. A wife. A friend. This is me.

My King: Junior

My King: Junior
The LOVE of my life! He completes me and balances me out in every way. He's a workaholic. He's loud, blunt, and crazy. He drinks Monsters like his life depends on it. Above all he is the greatest Daddy I could ever ask for, for my children. And he treats me like his Queen (and he calls me that too).

The Model Child: Diego Ray

The Model Child: Diego Ray
9 years old. My only boy. He is the epitome of the perfect child. He is so responsible and independent. Wise beyond his years. He is laughter, he is love, he is compassion, he is simply amazing. He keeps me grounded and reminds me always that I am beautiful. He is a natural born leader and takes care of the household and family better than me!

The Diva: Alayna Danae

The Diva: Alayna Danae
7 years old. She is drama. My fashionista for sure with a style all her own. Sensitive and loving when she wants to be. Thumbsucker. My biggest headache because she is the most like me. She is the only one who can cause me to become uncontrollably angry. She loves to dance. She loves to model. My bookworm and most academic.

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace

The Wild Child: Arielle Marie-Grace
4 years old. This one is something else. She is pure comedy. Never a dull moment with her crazy antics. She is also the crybaby. She does things her own way. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to be cute to get it. My Disney loving pal. So girly. Her favorite color is pink. Loves Rapunzel. Will wear a dress every single day. Can't leave the house without a bow in her hair. She refuses.

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle

The Munchkin: Atalie Belle
2 years old. My sweet baby. She loves her Mommy above all else. She is a cuddlebug for sure. The calmest most well behaved baby ever! But she has TONS of energy. She is so small and petite. She loves to sing and dance. She so SO ready for ballet and has yet to even step foot in a class. She loves Minnie Mouse and watching Disney Jr. She is hilarious and talks way too much.

Splash Park

Today I took the kids to the splash park... our favorite park. It was a great day! Warm enough to get wet but not hot enough to be uncomfortable. So I packed a picnic lunch, plenty or water and drinks, and we set off. I love going on adventures with my kids. They behave really well so it doesn't seem like a hassle to take them anywhere. Plus after a few hours they get really tired out and I can relax and do chores once we get back home. So it's win/win for everybody!

Before they got into the water I made all 3 kids take a picture for me. I have to make sure I do this more often. I get plenty of individual shots but never any of all 3 of them. They weren't happy that I was delaying their fun... but it's the price they had pay for Mommy taking them.

But my Arielle did stick around longer for me to get some pictures of her before she tried to escape too.

So brother and sister took her into the water and she HATED it. Screamed her little head off. She hates the pool too so I wasn't surprised.

So she went back to being my model...

But of course Layna saw all the camera attention she was getting and request a picture with me.

After a while of playing in the water the kiddos got hungry so we walked over to the picnic tables and had lunch. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches... in the shapes of dinosaurs cuz Mommy is awesome! Yes!

And Arielle even shared hers with Brother... and everyone was as happy as can be!

That was until I snapped this picture of Arielle...

And Alayna decided to climb on top of a wall that I had already asked twice to to sit on... and she fell off and scraped her knee. It was very very minor but in true Alayna style there were full waterworks and grunts of "please pity me Mom oh please please". Which wasn't happening since I told her that she shouldn't have been up there in the first place. But I did take a picture of her... as a memory of course.

And after she realized I wasn't paying attention to her dramatic pleas for attention, she calmed down and I took a picture of all the kids together again.

Then Diego said, "Mom, you should have a picture with your daughters." So I couldn't refuse the offer.

Then we went to the other side of the park so the kids could play on the playground for a while. Told you this Mom is awesome!

And Arielle had her first trip down the slide alone... then a few more times with brother and sister.

And she loved it so much! Diego would help her up the stairs and evry time she sat down she would peek at me before going down to say "cheese" (yes one of the first words in each of my kids vocabulary has always been "cheese")!

After that Diego suggested putting the girls in the swings so he could push them. (He always wants to make sure the girls are having fun. He's the best brother ever.)

And Arielle definitely enjoyed herself!
